The Vukovar-Srijem County Community Service Center provides social and professional services to children and families in the community, with an emphasis on supporting vulnerable groups. As the lead partner of the HEARTS project, the Center is responsible for the overall coordination of the project, managing the implementation of activities and ensuring the quality of project results, with a special focus on the development and implementation of early intervention services.
Activities in the HEARTS project:
- Procurement of a dual-channel Neurofeedback device and training of employees to work with it
- Purchase of a digital speech therapy set
- Equipping a sensory room
- Web platform creation
- Training and development of staff (Maes therapy, early intervention in children)
- Procurement of vehicles for the mobile team
- Establishing a mobile team
