“Healthcare Equity and Access for Resilient Targeted Support – HEARTS”
On 1 August 2024, between the Ministry of Regional Development and the European Union funds, as the managing authority of the program Interreg VI-A-IPA Croatia- Bosnia and Herzegovina- Montenegro 2021 – 2027 and the Center for Community Service Provision of the Vukovar-Srijem County, as the lead partner, a contract was signed on the co-financing of the project “Healthcare Equity and Access for Resilient Targeted Support” . The total value of the project is EUR 1,716,255.00, of which the European Union co-finances 85% (EUR 1,458,816.75) while the remaining 15% (EUR 257,438.25) is financed from national funds. The project implementation lasts 30 months, until 31.1.2027.
The project is implemented in partnership with the Center for Community Service Provision of Vukovar-Srijem County, the Development Agency of Vukovar-Srijem County (Republic of Croatia), the Development Agency of Žepče, the Public Institution of the Health Center with a Stationary Clinic of Žepče (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and the Association of Parents of Children with Developmental Disabilities of Podgorica (Montenegro).
