Presentation of early intervention services within the HEARTS project held in Vukovar
In Vukovar Health Center, a presentation of early intervention services was held as part of the HEARTS project – Healthcare Equity and Access through Resilient and Transparent Support , which is implemented through the cross-border cooperation program Interreg IPA Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2021 – 2027.
This important activity aimed to introduce professionals and the general public to early intervention services, their importance for children with developmental disabilities and their families, and the opportunities that the HEARTS project brings in terms of strengthening the capacities of local communities to provide quality and accessible health and social care.
