Reportage about the HEARTS project published on HRT and Plava Vinkovačka TV
The HEARTS ( Healthcare Equity and Access for Resilient Targeted Support ) project is increasingly recognized and highlighted in the media, and in the previous period, a report about this important project was published on Croatian Radio and Television (HRT) and Plava Vinkovačka TV.
The report highlighted the key role the project plays in ensuring equal access to health care, including primary health care, and promoting the transition from institutional care to family and community. Through various activities, the HEARTS project contributes to improving health services as well as raising the quality of early intervention services for children with developmental disabilities and providing targeted support to those who need it most.
